Process - Project Managment

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Project Management is a critical but often overlooked service in many projects. Not so at Elite Theater. Every project is assigned a project manager. Our project managers plan and coordinate each phase of the project and interface between all parties, from the builder to the supply house to the customer. They also ensure that outstanding attention to detail is followed on each and every project, no matter the size. This quality control measure is Elite’s recipe for guaranteed satisfaction through every phase of your project.


Process - Prewire

PRE-WIRE

The Rough In phase is the most vital in the construction process.

Elite technicians begin working alongside other subcontractors as soon as framing is completed. This allows Elite technicians to note potential conflicts or changes to floor plans from the initial design.

We pre-wire for all noted systems from our Discovery phase and take precautionary steps before walls are closed in to minimize potential headaches and ensure future options are possible down the road. Running additional cable at this phase is inexpensive and relatively easy compared to snaking finished walls and ceilings.


Process - Programming

INSTALLATION & PROGRAMMING

A product’s user interface bridges the gap between technology and user. Even the best quality system and equipment has little value if the customer finds it difficult or frustrating to use. For this reason, our team of in-house programmers work extensively with each project’s designer and client to ensure a quality product. This approach ensures that the user interface is consistent with the design intent from the beginning, and that the result meet the customer’s expectations.

It must be easy, and with a single push of a button, every expectation should be met.
